Ronald Gibson
Founder of The Refinement Process & Author of The Refinery

For the past 35 years, Ronald Gibson has worked diligently to realize an ever-expanding vision for ministry to the discouraged, the disadvantaged, the distressed, the diseased and the depressed.

A graduate from the Empire State College (State University of New York), Gibson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. His work in the secular world has been in the field of Information Technology specializing in mainframe computer systems support. His corporate arenas include Xerox Corporation, IBM, AT&T, Citigroup and Discover Financial Services.

Knowing that his talents were not to be limited to the corporate world, Gibson traveled a parallel road through the sacred world of Christian ministry. Affectionately known as Pastor Ron, he serves in a variety of leadership roles including ministering in New Believer Training, New Member Training, COLATA House (drug & alcohol intervention) and Full Pardon (jail and prison ministry).

Pastor Ron is a gifted Bible teacher and preacher who emphasize the importance of growing up in the Family of God, and accessing the Mind of Christ. His true passion is reaching out to the people who are addicted to drugs and alcohol. Gibson, who was once a drug addict, now teaches the principles of The Refinement Process in his new book.
